If a payment has been made to us from your account that you did not authorise it means that a third party has your card details and knows that they work. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer to advise them of this.
We are working with the Fraud Team at Worldpay (our card processing company) to resolve this issue and steps have been taken to stop any further testing. Updates on the situation will be placed on both our website and Facebook page.
